GetPhotoShoot is an AI photo generation service operated by CodingSpace. We take your privacy seriously — especially because you're trusting us with photos of yourself. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. Plain English, no lawyer walls of text.

What we collect
- Account info — your email address and a hashed (never readable) password.
- Photos you upload — selfies and training photos you provide so we can generate your AI photos. These may include your face and likeness.
- Generated photos — the AI-created images we produce for you, stored in your dashboard.
- Usage analytics — anonymized, aggregated data (page views, feature usage) collected via Plausible Analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use your data
- To create and manage your account
- To generate your AI photos — the core service
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, order updates)
- To improve the service using aggregated, anonymized analytics only
- To process payments via Stripe
We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your photos — a special note
Your uploaded photos are used only to generate your photos. Nothing else.
- ✓We do not use your photos to train general AI models.
- ✓We do not sell, share, or license your photos to third parties (except the sub-processors listed below who help deliver the service).
- ✓Your AI model is private to you — it is not used to generate photos for anyone else.
- ✓You can delete your photos and account at any time.
Third-party services
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. Each one only receives the data necessary to do their job.
AI processing — your uploaded photos are sent to Replicate to train your personal AI model and generate images.
Cloud storage — your uploaded photos and generated images are stored here, encrypted at rest.
Payment processing — handles all billing. We never see your card details.
Transactional email — sends account confirmations and order updates.
Website analytics — cookie-free, privacy-friendly. No personal data collected.

Data retention
- Account data — kept while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
- Uploaded photos — deleted when you delete your account, or automatically after 90 days of account inactivity.
- Generated photos — available in your dashboard while your account is active; deleted with your account.
- Analytics data — aggregated only; no personal identifiers are retained.
Your rights (GDPR & LGPD)
If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or Brazil, you have the following rights over your data:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data.
- Deletion — delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us.
- Portability — request an export of your generated photos.
- Objection — object to how we're processing your data.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
EU/EEA residents can also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority. Brazilian residents have equivalent rights under LGPD.

Children's privacy
GetPhotoShoot is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Policy updates
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
