GetPhotoShoot is an AI photo generation service operated by CodingSpace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If something is unclear, email us at hello@getphotoshoot.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetPhotoShoot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice if necessary.

How the service works

You upload photos of yourself → our AI trains a personal model on your likeness → you use that model to generate AI photos in different styles and settings.

AI-generated results are probabilistic. We do our best to produce high-quality photos, but we cannot guarantee that every output will meet your specific expectations. Results vary based on the quality and variety of photos you upload.

Your uploads

• Only upload photos you have the right to use — photos of yourself, or photos of others who have explicitly consented.
• Do not upload photos of minors under any circumstances.
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your photos for anything else.

Your generated photos

• You own your generated photos. Use them for personal or commercial purposes freely.
• Do not use generated photos to impersonate, deceive, or harm others.
• Do not generate illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or anything that sexualizes minors.
• Do not use generated photos to spread misinformation or synthetic media designed to deceive.

Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in USD.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• EU and UK customers: You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. However, by requesting that AI model training begins immediately, you acknowledge that the service has started and the cancellation right may no longer apply once training is complete.
• If a technical issue on our end prevents the service from being delivered, contact us — we will make it right.

Prohibited uses

You may not use GetPhotoShoot to:

• ✗Generate content depicting real people without their consent
• ✗Create NSFW or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — immediate ban and report to authorities)
• ✗Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or API
• ✗Use generated content to defraud, deceive, or harm others
• ✗Attempt to circumvent access controls or create accounts you're not authorized to create

Intellectual property

• The GetPhotoShoot platform, code, design, and branding are owned by CodingSpace.
• You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the photos we generate for you.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free availability, nor that AI results will meet any specific standard or expectation. Use the service at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodingSpace's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including EU consumer protection rights).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
